Longevity 60+
Our 60+ class is designed to support healthy ageing through functional movement. The focus is on improving strength, balance and coordination to help maintain independence and confidence in daily life.
Sessions are adapted to individual abilities and include low-impact exercises, joint-friendly strength work, and balance training in a safe environment.
The class also offers a welcoming space to connect, share, and stay active together. The goal is to move better, feel stronger, and enjoy both the physical and social benefits of staying active for as long as possible.
