Hybrid 8 (Conditioning)
Our Hybrid 8 class is designed to develop the endurance and engine needed for HYROX-style racing and high-level conditioning. It combines functional strength training with structured cardio intervals to build both power and aerobic capacity.
Sessions include a mix of running, rowing, skiing, sled work, and functional movements such as lunges, carries, and wall balls, all performed in formats that challenge pacing, efficiency, and mental resilience.
The focus is on preparing athletes for hybrid fitness demands while improving overall performance, work capacity, and movement under fatigue.
