
Mini Kids 3-4 y/o
Our Mini Kids class (ages 3–4) introduces movement through fun, play-based activities. We focus on basic skills like running, jumping, balancing, and coordination in a safe, supportive environment.
Sessions are varied and engaging, helping children build confidence, body awareness, and social skills while creating a positive first experience with sport and movement.

Kids 5-7 y/o
Our Kids class (ages 5–7) develops fundamental movement skills through fun, structured games and activities. Children improve coordination, balance, agility, and strength while exploring gymnastics basics, jumping, running, and obstacle challenges.
Sessions are varied and engaging, helping them follow instructions, work with others, and build confidence. The focus is on learning through play to create a strong foundation for future sport and movement.

Kids 8-11 y/o
Our Kids class (ages 8–11) develops strength, coordination, and overall athletic ability through varied training. Sessions include functional movements, bodyweight exercises, age-appropriate strength work, and games that challenge agility and teamwork.
Children learn proper movement mechanics and structured skills in a dynamic setting. The focus is on building confidence, discipline, and a strong physical foundation in a supportive environment.

Teens 12+
Our Teens class (12+) follows a CrossFit-style approach, combining strength, conditioning, and skill work in a structured, progressive format. Athletes train functional movements such as lifting, gymnastics basics, and higher-intensity conditioning, adapted to their age and level.
Sessions improve overall fitness while reinforcing proper technique and consistency. The focus is on building a strong athletic base, confidence under load, and preparing teens for more advanced training.
