Hatha Yoga
Our Hatha Yoga class is a calm, structured class focused on slowing things down. Through controlled postures, breath work, and longer holds, you’ll improve flexibility, mobility, and body awareness while giving your system a chance to recover from more intense training.

Hybrid Yoga
Hybrid Yoga blends traditional yoga with functional movement and mobility drills to support strength training and conditioning. Expect a mix of flow sequences, stability work, and targeted stretches to improve recovery, reduce stiffness, and enhance overall performance in and out of the gym.
