Our Kids classes are designed specifically for children aged 5-12. With the goal to make fitness fun for the younger population, our program is based on games and play.

Our Teens classes aim to get young people off the couch, away from the screens and falling in love with living a healthy and active lifestyle.

CROSSFIT LONGEVITY: Age strong.

Our Longevity classes are tailored specifically for the sedentary and older population seeking to improve overall health and well-being. Our program is adapted for the deconditioned athlete with the goal to fight against age-related muscle loss and chronic disease.
