WOD ("Workout Of the Day")

The WOD is the backbone of the CrossFit methodology, combining constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to build a broad, well-rounded level of fitness.

Each day brings a different workout with a specific focus—such as strength, endurance, or skill development. This variety keeps training engaging while supporting steady, balanced progress over time.

Our programming is structured and long-term, with each session fitting into a bigger plan. Emphasis is placed on quality coaching, proper technique, safety, and continuous progression so every athlete can improve effectively and sustainably.

Gymnastics

Our Gymnastics class develops strength, control, and body awareness through a range of bodyweight movements. You’ll work on skills like pull-ups, handstands, dips, and core stability to improve efficiency and confidence in movement.

Each session has a clear focus, whether it’s skill development, strength in key positions, or movement quality. Progressions and scaling options allow all levels to train effectively and safely.

BearBell Club (Olympic Weightlifting)

Our Barbell Club develops strength, technique, and confidence in Olympic weightlifting, focusing on the snatch and clean & jerk, along with key variations and accessory work.

Sessions target areas such as technique refinement, bar speed, or positional strength. Athletes receive adapted coaching, with progressions and drills suitable for all levels to improve safely and effectively.

Hybrid Bodybuilding

Our Hybrid Bodybuilding class combines traditional strength training with functional work to build muscle, improve durability, and support overall performance. The emphasis is on controlled, high-quality reps, mixing compound lifts with targeted accessory exercises for balanced development.

 

Sessions are structured around specific muscle groups or themes, helping you train with intent while addressing weaknesses and reinforcing strengths through planned sets, tempos, and loading strategies.
