It can be scary to try new things, especially CrossFit. We'd know because we've been there. You have probably already YouTubed CrossFit and seen clips with ultra-ripped bodies doing crazy things. The clips don’t lie. You will get in great shape, you will feel better, you will be able to do things you never thought you could. At Bear Crawl, we will prove to you that you are capable of much more than you think.

Join us for our introductory Fundamentals Programme which will give you everything you need to start CrossFit. During 6 sessions and over the course of three weeks, we will work with you in a small group together with other newcomers . You will be introduced to all of the fundamental movements that will get you ready to join our daily WODs (CrossFit lingo meaning Work Out of the Day).

You will sweat, your muscles will ache, and you will love it. We guarantee it.

The Fundamentals program for beginners consists of 6 one-hour sessions, during which our coaches will teach you proper technique and how to perform the movements safely. You will also get a taste of a CrossFit WOD (Workout Of the Day) at the end of each session. So don't panic, you'll be in good hands.

The sessions are 60-75min long and take place on Tuesdays and Fridays at 20:00, over the course of three weeks. Should this however not fit your schedule, let us know and we will figure something out.

The price for the whole course (three weeks) is 100.- EUR and is non-binding if you decide not to join us after all.
